The July 2026 edition of the Best Crypto Apps Global Atlas provides a comprehensive snapshot of customer satisfaction across the leading cryptocurrency mobile applications in the United States. Based on the proprietary App Pulse Score© (APS) methodology, the study evaluates how users perceive the overall experience delivered by each application, identifying which platforms are setting new standards for usability, trust, reliability, and customer loyalty.
The benchmark established by this edition of the survey indicates that an app must achieve at least 84% Fans, limit Critics to no more than 5%, and reach an App Score Index of 80 to be recognized as a top-performing digital platform in customer satisfaction. These reference values illustrate the increasingly demanding expectations of crypto users, who now evaluate applications not only for their investment features but also for security, stability, ease of use, and overall confidence in the platform.
Among the 20 cryptocurrency apps evaluated in the United States, CASH APP emerged as the highest-rated application with an outstanding App Pulse Score of 92.0, placing it in the Excellence Zone. This level represents exceptional customer experience, where users consistently report outstanding performance, strong trust, and a willingness to actively recommend the app to others.
TRUST: CRYPTO & BITCOIN WALLET secured second place with an APS of 85.4, positioning it within the High-Performance Zone. Applications reaching this level demonstrate very high customer satisfaction and trust while frequently exceeding user expectations across the most important aspects of the mobile experience.
CRYPTO.COM completed the top three with an APS of 79.4, earning a position in the Strong Zone. Although just below the High-Performance threshold, this result reflects consistently positive user experiences, strong engagement, and broad customer approval.
The overall distribution of results also highlights the maturity of the U.S. crypto app market. Only one application reached the Excellence Zone, while another achieved the High-Performance Zone. Six additional apps were classified within the Strong Zone, indicating that nearly half of the best-performing applications deliver consistently positive customer experiences, although only a limited number currently reach truly outstanding levels of user satisfaction.
The App Pulse Score© framework provides more than a numerical score. It classifies apps into performance zones that reflect the quality of the customer experience and the strength of user loyalty.
Apps scoring between 90 and 100 are classified in the Excellence Zone. These apps consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences, generate very high levels of trust, and inspire strong customer advocacy and recommendation.
Scores between 80 and 89 belong to the High-Performance Zone. These apps achieve very high satisfaction and trust, frequently exceeding customer expectations and establishing themselves among the market leaders.
