For personal-loan apps, the defining product moment is often how easily a financial need becomes a completed application. RING BY KISSHT: PERSONAL LOAN recorded 88.7 out of 100 in the APS from Cassuarina Labs survey in India, placing it in the High-Performer Zone, associated with very high satisfaction and trust.
The sentiment distribution was strongly positive: 93.2% of respondents selected “Love It” and 1.0% chose “Like It.” Meanwhile, 0.4% were “Disappointed,” 0.0% were “Very disappointed,” and 5.4% were “Frustrated.” The separately supplied Fans and Critics indicators stood at 93.2% and 5.4%, respectively.
Relevant survey responses point to quick approvals, prompt disbursement, straightforward verification, and an interface that makes loan applications easy to navigate. Some respondents also valued convenient bill payments, smooth UPI transactions, and helpful customer support.
Survey results also illustrate why reducing application friction can matter when time is a constraint. One respondent described the practical impact: “I took a loan during a medical emergency. The process was quick and convenient, and I received the required financial support on time.”
Negative feedback identifies challenges later in the borrowing journey. Respondents reported high interest and processing costs, late-payment charges, rejected repeat applications despite timely repayment, and difficulties with automatic debits or accessing the app to pay.
The product lesson is to extend the convenience of onboarding across the full loan lifecycle: explain total costs clearly, make repayment status dependable, and communicate eligibility decisions transparently. Strong initial satisfaction becomes more durable when borrowers can understand and manage what happens next.
