The APS Score benchmark sets the bar for an app to stand out from its competitors, based on qualitative user satisfaction surveys.

App Metrics Dataset

Compare mobile app user satisfaction in Chile with detailed results for each app from the October 2026 survey. The report includes valid response counts, average APS score, FANs%, CRITICs%, App Score Index, score versus the survey average, and app rating.

For each app, explore the number and percentage of responses across all five satisfaction categories: “Love It” (81–100), “Like It” (61–80), “Disappointed” (41–60), “Very disappointed” (21–40), and “Frustrated” (0–20). Benchmark apps, compare satisfaction levels, and identify performance gaps.
