Compare mobile app user satisfaction with detailed results for each app from the October 2026 survey. The report includes valid response counts, average APS score, FANs%, CRITICs%, App Score Index, score versus the survey average, and app rating.
For each app, explore the number and percentage of responses across all satisfaction categories: “Love It” (81–100), “Like It” (61–80), “Disappointed” (41–60), “Very disappointed” (21–40), and “Frustrated” (0–20). Benchmark apps, compare satisfaction levels, and identify performance gaps.
