Spain’s insurance market reached US$ 99.281 million in Gross Written Premiums (GWP) in December 2025 across Life and Non-Life insurance. VIDACAIXA ranked as the largest insurer, while the TOP 3 insurance groups represented 34.9% of total market premiums.
