ARQ (DolarApp) earned an APS score of 65.4 in Argentina’s October 2026 Banking & Fintech Apps User Satisfaction Survey, placing it in the Solid performance level, 14.5 points above the country average. The survey used the methodology behind APS from Cassuarina Labs to translate respondents’ qualitative feedback into satisfaction metrics.
Survey results show that 74.8% of respondents’ qualitative feedback fell into the “Love It” category, while 18.0% reflected disappointment or frustration. The contrast suggests a compelling everyday proposition with unresolved friction around completing payments and accessing money.
