APP USER SATISFACTION PERFORMANCE
In Argentina’s October 2026 Banking & Fintech Apps User Satisfaction Survey, NARANJA X - BILLETERA VIRTUAL achieved an APS score of 68, placing it in the Solid performance level, 17.2 points above the country average. The survey used the APS from Cassuarina Labs methodology to turn respondents’ qualitative feedback into satisfaction metrics.
Survey results show that 73.6% of respondents’ qualitative feedback fell in the APS category “Love It,” while 14.8% reflected disappointment or frustration. These metrics describe the experiences expressed in the survey, rather than categories respondents selected directly.
