APP USER SATISFACTION PERFORMANCE
LIDER BCI recorded an APS score of 72.5 in Chile’s October 2026 Banking & Fintech Apps User Satisfaction Survey. Derived from respondents’ qualitative feedback, the result places the app in the Strong performance level, 28.6 points above the country average. The survey used the APS from Cassuarina Labs methodology to measure how users perceive their experience.
Survey results show that 76% of respondents’ qualitative feedback fell in the APS category “Love It,” while 11.4% reflected disappointment or frustration. Positive comments repeatedly emphasize straightforward navigation, accessible account information and convenient card management.
The clearest tension concerns repayment: some users describe an effortless monthly routine, while others struggle to complete a payment or confirm that it has been credited. For a retail credit app, that distinction matters—a simple interface must also make the status of the debt unmistakable.
