DINERS CLUB Hits 82.4% “Love It” Feedback in Ecuador

Ecuador Banking & Fintech Apps User Satisfaction Survey | October 2026

APP USER SATISFACTION PERFORMANCE

BLU - DINERS CLUB delivers a strong performance in Ecuador's banking and fintech app market, achieving an App Pulse Score© (APS) of 72.5, placing it in the Strong Performance category and 27.8 points above the country's APS average.

Using the APS from Cassuarina Labs methodology, which converts qualitative user survey feedback into standardized satisfaction metrics, the October 2026 survey reveals a compelling result: 82.4% of users' qualitative feedback fell into the APS category “Love It,” while 14.6% was classified as disappointed or frustrated.

The app's biggest competitive advantage is convenience through integration. Users particularly value having card information, account statements, payments, transfers, Deuna QR payments, and Diners Club benefits accessible from a single interface. Speed, intuitive navigation, and improved functionality compared with previous versions reinforce this positive perception.

However, the experience is not consistently seamless. Users also describe recurring login failures, biometric authentication problems, unexpected crashes, and difficulties accessing essential financial services. Delayed transaction updates and inconsistent installment-management features introduce additional friction.

The survey highlights an important contrast: BLU has built a compelling all-in-one financial experience, but its strongest features lose value when users cannot reliably access them.
