The survey used App Pulse Score© (APS) methodology from CASSUARINA LABS to translate users’ qualitative feedback into satisfaction metrics. Survey results show that 81.4% of users’ qualitative feedback fell into the “Love It” category, while 10.4% was classified as disappointed or frustrated. The resulting APS score of 75.9 reflects a broadly positive experience, with recurring friction around responsiveness, credit access, and account verification.
