DNB NORWAY: Why Banking Reliability Comes Before Innovation

Norway Banking & Fintech Apps User Satisfaction Survey | October 2026

APP USER SATISFACTION PERFORMANCE

DNB recorded an App Pulse Score (APS) of 35.0, placing it in the Underperforming category, despite scoring 5.9 points above Norway's banking and fintech app average.

The October 2026 survey, using the APS from Cassuarina Labs methodology, converts qualitative user feedback into measurable satisfaction indicators. Results show that 40.2% of users' qualitative feedback fell into the “Love It” category, while 35.6% reflected disappointment or frustration.

The findings reveal a divided experience. While many users appreciate DNB's straightforward banking features, recurring technical problems undermine confidence in everyday transactions. Reliability, rather than the availability of advanced features, emerges as the central challenge.
