APP USER SATISFACTION PERFORMANCE
Everyday usability is the clearest strength in GOTYME BANK ZA (TYMEBANK)’s October 2026 South Africa survey feedback. Users repeatedly describe banking that is easy to navigate, quick to complete and affordable to maintain. Much of the praise is brief, but the more detailed comments reveal a consistent appeal: routine money management requires little effort.
The survey used the App Pulse Score© (APS) methodology from CASSUARINA LABS, converting users’ qualitative feedback into satisfaction metrics. The resulting score places the app in the High-Performer range. Survey results show that 86.6% of users’ qualitative feedback fell into the APS category “Love It,” while 4.0% fell into “Disappointed or frustrated.”
The transition from TymeBank to GoTyme produces a more nuanced picture. Many users welcome the refreshed interface; a smaller group describes difficulty accessing the app or finding capabilities they relied on previously. The product challenge is to preserve familiar banking routines while improving the experience.
