REVOLUT: 74.6% Love It, but App Reliability Tests User Trust in Portugal

Portugal Banking & Fintech Apps User Satisfaction Survey | November 2026

App User Performance

REVOLUT — MAIS DO QUE UM BANCO achieves an App Pulse Score© (APS) of 66.9, placing it in the Solid performance category, 17.1 points above Portugal's banking and fintech app average of 49.8.

The November 2026 survey, using the APS methodology from Cassuarina Labs, converts qualitative user feedback into measurable satisfaction indicators. Survey results show that 74.6% of respondents' qualitative feedback falls within the “Love It” category, while 16.0% reflects disappointment or frustration.

Positive feedback centers on intuitive navigation, international payments, currency conversion, and low-cost financial transactions. Users particularly value Revolut's ability to simplify cross-border banking and combine everyday financial services within one mobile platform.

However, the qualitative feedback also reveals an important vulnerability: recurring login failures, interrupted transactions, and temporary account-access problems. Several users describe being unable to access funds or complete payments during service disruptions, particularly around October 20, 2026.

The result is a clear contrast: Revolut's international banking capabilities generate enthusiasm, but operational reliability remains essential to sustaining user confidence.
