WISE outperforms Norway’s banking and fintech app satisfaction average by 31.5 points. Fast international transfers and multicurrency convenience drive positive feedback, while account restrictions, verification requirements, and unexpected fees expose opportunities for improvement.
APP USER SATISFACTION PERFORMANCE
WISE achieved an App Pulse Score© (APS) of 60.6, placing it in the Solid performance category, 31.5 points above Norway’s banking and fintech app average in the October 2026 survey.
Using the APS methodology from Cassuarina Labs, which translates qualitative user survey feedback into standardized satisfaction metrics, results show that 71.6% of users’ qualitative feedback fell into the “Love It” category, while 20.4% reflected disappointment or frustration.
The strongest satisfaction drivers are clear: fast cross-border transfers, competitive exchange rates, intuitive navigation, and convenient multicurrency management. Users particularly value the ability to move and spend money internationally without traditional banking complexity.
However, positive transaction experiences contrast with recurring complaints about account verification, unexpected restrictions, delayed transfers, and fee transparency. The findings reveal a distinctive challenge: delivering frictionless international finance while maintaining security controls that users can understand and navigate.
