ETISALAT MONEY UAE delivers a Strong performance, achieving an App Pulse Score© (APS) of 75.7, outperforming the UAE banking and fintech app average by 17.6 points.
The October 2026 survey, using the APS from Cassuarina Labs methodology, translates qualitative user feedback into measurable satisfaction indicators. Survey results show that 78.8% of users' qualitative feedback fell into the APS category “Love It,” while 10.4% reflected disappointment or frustration.
The positive feedback centers on fast international transfers, straightforward transactions, and competitive exchange rates. Users particularly appreciate the convenience of sending money home, often describing the experience as quick, simple, and reliable.
