BANCA MÓVIL BCP: what is holding back the user experience?

Peru Banking & Fintech Apps User Satisfaction Survey | October 2026

App User Performance

BANCA MÓVIL BCP delivers a divided user experience in Peru. While 61.6% of respondents' qualitative feedback falls into the “Love It” satisfaction category, another 27.4% reflects disappointment or frustration, revealing a significant gap between the app's everyday convenience and its operational reliability.

The app records an App Pulse Score© (APS) of 50, placing it just 0.4 points above Peru's banking and fintech app average.

The October 2026 survey uses the APS from Cassuarina Labs, a methodology that converts qualitative user feedback into a standardized satisfaction score, capturing both positive experiences and recurring friction.

The strongest signal is clear: users appreciate fast transfers, intuitive navigation, and the ability to manage finances without visiting a branch. For a mobile banking platform, the challenge goes beyond usability.
