SHOPEEPAY - TÀI CHÍNH DỄ DÀNG Scores Just 10.4 APS in Vietnam: When Payment Friction Breaks User Trust

Vietnam Banking & Fintech Apps User Satisfaction Survey | November 2026

App User Performance

SHOPEEPAY - TÀI CHÍNH DỄ DÀNG recorded an App Pulse Score (APS) of just 10.4, placing it in the Severely Vulnerable performance category, 8.3 points below Vietnam's banking and fintech app average.

The November 2026 survey, using the APS from Cassuarina Labs methodology, translates qualitative user feedback into measurable satisfaction indicators. Results show that 73.4% of respondents' qualitative feedback fell into the combined “Disappointed or Frustrated” categories, while only 21.0% reflected the “Love It” category.

The feedback reveals a significant disconnect between ShopeePay's promise of convenient digital payments and the experience of accessing, moving, and managing money.

Recurring complaints about bank linking, identity verification, and transaction failures dominate the negative feedback. Difficulties recovering funds and reaching effective customer support amplify those frustrations.

The underlying challenge goes beyond usability. When users cannot reliably access their money or complete payments, technical friction quickly becomes a question of financial trust.
